The members of the Vermont Bald Eagle Restoration Initiative are working on specific criteria for downlisting or delisting bald eagles from the Endangered and Threatened Species List. Criteria are also being developed for relisting the birds if they rebound but later decline. Once completed, the criteria will be posted here.
