Once CVPS SmartPower® is deployed, you will have access to your account information through your secure online account login at www.cvps.com similar to the way you do now.

Then, when your smart meter is installed, you will also be able to see your hourly energy usage. You will be able to see your energy data in multiple formats and time frames in a way that can help you find meaningful trends in your energy use and opportunities for change. You will also be able to compare new and existing rate options to see what would provide the best deal based on actual consumption patterns, as well as targeted efficiency tips and offers from Efficiency Vermont.

Customers without internet access can call into our Customer Information Center for access to the same data.
