Financial Assistance for Residential Customers
If you are a residential customer and need financial assistance in paying your bill, it may be possible for you to get help from the agencies listed below. You may apply to Prevention, Assistance, Transition and Health Access (PATH), formerly Social Welfare's Seasonal Fuel Assistance Program. The Crisis Fuel Assistance Program and Shareheat are available through community action agencies.
