Electripay Program
No NEED for check writing. No MORE stamps. It's FREE. No TIME wasted.
CVPS's Electripay allows customers to have their bill payments automatically deducted
from checking or savings accounts. No longer will you be required to write a check
and mail in your monthly payment. Sign up now for Electripay and your payment will
be automatically transferred from your bank account to your CVPS account.
You will still receive your regular monthly CVPS statement so that you will know
your electric usage and bill amount. However, the bill will say "PLEASE DO
NOT PAY-YOU ARE A CVPS ELECTRIPAY CUSTOMER."
To enroll, simply
fill out the form, choose whether you wish the payment to come
from your checking or savings account, fill in your CVPS account number(s), and
mail the form back to the address listed at the bottom of the enrollment form, or fax to 1-802-747-2195. Please
do not mail this form back with your next bill payment, as this will delay your
enrollment in the plan. Be sure to include your checking or savings account number,
and contact your bank for the correct routing number. The routing number listed
on your checks is not always the correct number to be used for automatic withdrawal.
CVPS will verify all the information on your account with your bank to ensure payments
will be processed correctly.

After mailing in our enrollment form, your next bill should state, "PLEASE
DO NOT PAY-YOU ARE A CV ELECTRIPAY CUSTOMER." If your next bill does
not state this, you will need to make your payment, and Electripay will
begin with your next bill.
The transfer of funds will take place 20 days after the billing date noted on the
bill. The payment will be reflected on your next billing statement.
The plan is not available on a month-to-month basis. Once you have signed up for
the plan, your payment will be deducted every month, unless you decide to leave
Electripay. If your checking or savings account does not have sufficient
funds, the payment cannot be processed. If you have two payments returned in a calendar
year for non-sufficient funds, your account will be removed from Electripay.
Likewise, if you are currently a "CASH-ONLY" customer, you are not eligible
for Electripay.
Each customer's participation in this program is subject to approval by CVPS.
