CVPS: A great place to work, satisfied employees

Each year, CVPS develops improvement efforts based on employee feedback. We conduct an annual employee survey using an outside consultant, Stanard and Associates. The most recent employee survey results, and other forms of feedback, tell an interesting story about how employees feel about their jobs, the company and what’s changed from years past.

Stanard also provides CVPS with comparison data for some of the survey’s questions to help show how well the company performs relative to other companies in the nation. These comparisons help demonstrate CVPS's relative level of success and improvement over time. This information helps focus company-wide and team-specific cultural improvement efforts.
