CVPS: A great place to work, satisfied employees
Each year, CVPS develops
improvement efforts based on employee feedback. Annually, we formally survey our employees, using outside consultants to understand our strengths and weaknesses, and continually improve our culture. The most recent employee survey
results, and other forms of feedback, tell an interesting story about how employees
feel about their jobs, the company and what’s changed from years past.
Our outside consultants provide CVPS with comparison data so we can tell how well the company performs relative to other companies in the nation.
These comparisons help demonstrate CVPS's relative level of success and improvement
over time. This information helps focus company-wide and team-specific cultural
improvement efforts. The following are results from our most recent employee survey.
